Good, honest food.
Lolly's is a new company offering good, honest food using as much local and UK grown produce as possible. We started our Lolly's adventure a while back via our Instagram blog and we are now ready to bring our range of dips to the lovely people of London.
Eugene, our Chef Director, and former head chef of the Ritz Club (the private members club and casino within the Ritz hotel), was working out what he wanted to do after the club closed in July 2020. Since then, we have been working together to realise our dreams of starting our own venture. I’m Lauren, I am not a chef, but I love food, and have had a deep desire to work within the food industry for many years but have had the fear of starting over from scratch. Eugene runs the kitchen, and makes sure we have all the certificates and legal bits in place so we are in line with all government food safety guidelines. I look after our admin, marketing, and the other day to day running of the business (the boring bits, snore). All in all, we make a great team, and we hope that the love comes out in the food that we produce.
We have a beautiful kitchen and a large prep room/dry store based in Bow, where we prepare all our goods. All of our ingredients are of high quality. We responsibly source our ingredients locally; from New Spitalfields market (London, E10), our garden, and from other locals prodcuers/providers.
